Organic Composts

Mara Seeds Pty Ltd organic composts are made from organic inputs and are composted using the specific guidelines set out by the Australian Standard (AS 4454-2003) and the Biological Farmers of Australia (BFA) organic certification body Australian Certified Organic (ACO). Our compost is made using thermal composting processes and using ingredients that give it the perfect mix of microbiology and essential nutrients.

Our compost are made from a mix of nitrogen sources, Green and woody materials that make composts perfect for garden, lawn, tree and shrub usage.

The different types of composts that are suited to the garden, broadacre or trees and shrubs markets depends upon the fungal or bacterial dominance and addition of extra nutrients suited to those particular plants. We at Mara Seeds use our unique composting process and compost teas to tailor particular composts plants needs.

We ensure that our compost is always fresh and ready for usage so that when they are put into the garden lawn or field we know and the customer knows that the essential microbiology and nutrients are ready to begin working.
